Beneficiaries
The Bunny Hop has selected three local organizations as beneficiaries of the net proceeds raised in our 2026 5k race.
Bridges to Independence (www.bridges2.org) works to end the cycle of intergenerational poverty through programs and services, including housing, emergency shelter, workforce development, and youth development. They operate a county-owned shelter for families. Funds donated through the Bunny Hop are channeled to Bridges’ Youth Support Programs at their family shelter near Clarendon and their services center located in Green Valley.

CYFA - The Center for Youth and Family Advocacy (https://cyfadvocacy.org/) is dedicated to helping children, youth, and families thrive through enrichment, empowerment, and restorative support. CYFA provides after-school programs, youth mentoring, leadership development, and free community events that connect young people with caring adults and positive opportunities. Guided by the belief that kids belong in classrooms, not courtrooms, CYFA focuses on prevention, connection, and accountability that keep young people on positive paths. Proceeds from the Arlington Bunny Hop will directly support CYFA’s youth development efforts, ensuring children and teens in Arlington have the resources, relationships, and skills needed for long-term success.
